Berea's core recording and transcription features are free. Premium unlocks the full study suite.
Free tier includes
- Unlimited live recording
- Audio file and YouTube import
- Handwritten note scanning
- Full transcription (Deepgram batch + transcript polishing)
- Basic search and organization
Premium includes everything above, plus
- smart summaries and application notes
- Prayer extraction and guided prayer sessions
- Quizzes and flashcards
- Going Deeper (cross-references and interpretations)
- Sermon Chat (single sermon and library-wide)
- Automatic translation in 14 languages
- PDF export and quote cards
- Deepgram speaker diarization (who said what)
Subscribing
Premium is available as a monthly or annual subscription. Subscribe from Settings → Premium, or tap any Premium feature to be prompted. All billing is handled through Apple — Berea never sees your payment details.
Canceling
Cancel anytime through the App Store. Go to Settings (iOS) → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Berea → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Tip
Annual subscription saves significantly over monthly. If you're going to use Berea regularly, it's the better value by a wide margin.
